Wholesale Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with B Goods Lettering. Our goal is to build strong, long-term relationships with retailers who share our passion for quality and craftsmanship.
Wholesale accounts are available to registered businesses, retailers, and resellers. A valid reseller certificate is required for all U.S.-based wholesale partners. This allows you to purchase tax-free for resale. Applications without a certificate may not be approved. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to comply with this policy.
Wholesale orders must meet a minimum spend of $300 per order.
After you submit your wholesale order, we place it with our overseas manufacturer. Please allow up to 2 - 3 months for production and shipping to the U.S. Once we receive the items, please allow up to one week for us to carefully inspect, hand-package, and ship your order. We work closely with our manufacturer to ensure quality and will keep you informed throughout the process.
We accept credit cards for wholesale orders. Payment is due at the time of order.
We currently ship wholesale orders only within the United States. Shipping times are included in the Order Placement and Processing section above. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided via email.
Due to the nature of wholesale orders, returns and exchanges are limited. Please contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged or incorrect so we can address the issue.
To protect our brand and product value, wholesale customers agree not to resell B Goods Lettering products below the suggested retail price or offer unauthorized discounts. We reserve the right to review and cancel wholesale accounts that violate this policy.
