I will only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, send an email to support@bgoodslettering.com within 7 days of delivery and I will send a replacement item at no cost to you.  If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email a photo of the item.
