Supplies you'll need:
Wax seal stamp | Sealing wax sticks in several colors | Wax seal warmer | Wax seal spoon | parchment paper | alphabet stamp kit | Red craft paint and tiny paintbrush
How to make them:
First melt the sealing wax. I did all of the colored hearts with a spoon over a wax seal seal warmer, but you could also use a low-temp glue gun. Once the wax is completely melted pour onto the parchment paper and press with your heart wax seal stamp. Once cooled (30-60 seconds), remove the stamp from the sealing wax.
Next use an exacto or scissors and cut out the heart shape. Then use the alphabet stamp kit to press a phrase into the heart. I chose very short phrases so they would fit well on the hearts. You just have to use a bit of pressure and the alphabet stamps will create an impress of the letter in your wax. Next use some red craft paint and a super small paintbrush (I cut a paintbrush I had to be even smaller) and paint the letter impressions. Let the paint try for a few minutes before touching.
Lastly, place the heart back into your stamp. Make sure the letter side is facing towards the stamp so that it will be facing up in the final seal. Pour some white sealing wax and press the stamp (with the heart in it) into the wax. Let cool and then remove the stamp to reveal a super cute conversation heart!!
