Valid for subscription boxes only. Not valid for one-time or prepaid purchases.
Our subscription boxes renew regularly, but renewal dates may vary slightly based on production timing or shipping schedules. You’ll always receive an email lettering you know your when your box is coming before your next renewal is processed.
Important Policies to Know

10-Day Cancellation Window
To avoid being charged for the upcoming box, you must cancel your subscription at least 10 days before your next renewal date. If you do not cancel your subscription at least 10 days before your renewal, your box will be processed and cannot be canceled or refunded. -
Final Sale After Renewal
Once your renewal has been processed, your order is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us right away, we may be able to help if your order hasn’t shipped yet.

To cancel, or update your subscription:

- Click “Subscriptions” to manage your settings.
