Shipping policy

 

B Goods is committed to processing and shipping orders promptly. If your order is placed before 12pm Monday through Friday it will be shipped same day, otherwise it will be shipped the following day (excluding weekends). U.S orders will take an additional 2-12 business days for delivery based on location. 

B Goods does not accept international orders at this time. 

Pickup Policy

 

If you’ve selected local pickup at checkout, please note the following:

• You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

• Orders must be picked up within 7 days of that notification.

• If your order is not picked up within 7 days, we will automatically refund your items and restock them.

We’re a small business with limited space and appreciate your prompt pickup! If you’re unable to pick up your order within the 7-day window, please reach out to us in advance, we’re happy to help make alternate arrangements when possible.
