B Goods is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship items within 3-5 business days after an order is placed. U.S orders will take an additional 4-12 business days for delivery based on location.
B Goods does not accept international orders at this time.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost required to resend the package.
Refund Policy
Because of the unique nature of our product we are not able to offer a refund of your purchase. But B Goods wants you to be completely happy with every piece of art you purchase. If you'd like to exchange your piece for any reason within 30 days of delivery, we will be happy to exchange it.

- Your order number (in the subject line)
- The name of the piece you would like to exchange
- A brief description of why it did not suit your home or taste
- A description of the piece you would like to exchange it for
- Any other information you'd like us to know.
We will be more than happy to assist you!
Resell Policy
Products purchased through B Goods Lettering are intended for individual use only and may not be purchased for commercial resale. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any subscription account found to be purchasing products for resale, distributing subscription contents for profit, or engaging in any activity that compromises the fairness, value, or integrity of our subscription program.
