When do I get my box? The Collector's Club is a monthly subscription box. After subscribing your subscription will renew on the 5th of the month and will ship out by the 10th of the month.

What is the price? The box is $18 USD + shipping. Shipping ranges from $3-$6 depending on your location. We only ship to the United States at this time.

When am I charged for my box? Your card will be charged when you sign up for the subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew on the 5th of each month after that point.

Do I get to see what's coming in the box ahead of time? No, this is a mystery box. You get to the stamp of the month right when you open your box.

What if I’m not satisfied with my box? Returns are not accepted on subscriptions or items included in subscription boxes. I will only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or missing from your shipment. If an item arrives damaged or is missing from your box, send an email to support@bgoodslettering.com within 7 days of delivery and I will send a replacement item at no cost to you. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to email a photo of the item. Replacements are approved at the sole discretion of B Goods Lettering, LLC. All attempts will be made to replace your item with an identical or similar item. B Goods Lettering LLC is not responsible for damage that occurs due to weather, postal carrier handling, or which occurs after the postal carrier has delivered your package.
